摘要
目的 通过对63例锁骨骨折患者用钢板内固定治疗的临床分析,探讨其在锁骨骨折中的作用。方法63例锁骨骨折患者采用切开复位钢板内固定治疗。结果 根据评定标准:优40例(63.4%),良13例(21.8%),可10例(14.8%)。结论 钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折方法简单、固定稳固、可早期活动、并发症少,是较好的治疗方法。
Objective To study the clinical effect of plate internal fixation for 63 cases withclavicle fracture. Methods 63 cases with clavicle fracture were treated with open reduction, and plateinternal fixation. Results According to the standard, the percentage of excellent was 63.4%, good was21.8%. Conclusion Technique of plate internal fixation is a good method to treat clavicle fracture,it has much advantages such as simple operation, fixing hardly, early to recovering, and less malformation.
