摘要
目的 探讨老年性黄斑变性(aga-related macular degeneration, AMD)的有效治疗方法。方法 根据老年性黄斑变性的诊断标准,做视力、视野、眼压、眼底镜及眼底荧光造影检查。对40例老年性黄斑变性给予静脉点滴血栓通针剂1～3个疗程,然后改为口服血栓通胶囊,6个月为一疗程,可坚持长年用药。结果 40例老年性黄斑变性中有效为36例(90%)。随访24月,病情稳定28例(70%)。结论 血栓通治疗老年性黄斑变性是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective To discuss the effect of Xueshuantong on age-related macular degeneration.Methods According to the diagnostic criteria of the disease, the sight, eyeshot, eye pressure wereexamined.40 patients were treated by intravenous of Xueshuantong for 1 to 3 courses, then changed intooral capsule of Xueshuantong for the half year period. Results 36 patients of 40 had a good result.Follow-up were 24 months, the improved condition remained stable in 28 patients. Conclusion Xueshuantongis an effective drug for age-related macular degeneration.
