摘要
目的 分析小儿肠套叠空气灌肠整复失败病例的临床及X线表现。方法 X线荧屏下行结肠注气整复小儿肠套叠150例,成功132例,失败18例。结果 空气灌肠整复失败18例均经手术复位,其中复杂型6例,器质性肠套叠4例,1例肠坏死,4例阑尾被套,3例肠壁损伤。结论 透视下空气灌肠是诊断与治疗小儿肠套叠的最好方法;对于复杂型肠套叠及伴有肠管畸型,肠腔坏死等症,则应尽早采取手术治疗。
objective To analyze the clinical and radiological demonstrations when air enema failsin the reduction of intussusception in children. Methods Reduction of intussusception with air enemaunder fluoroscopy monitoring was carried out in 150 cases, which was successful in 132 and failure in18.Results Successful operation was done in 18 cases unsuccessful by air enema, which included complerintussusception (n=6), organic intussusception (n=4),bowel necrosis (n=1) and involvement of appendix(n=4),intestinal injury was seen in 3 cases.Conclusion Air pressure enema examinations is the bestmethods in treat and diagnose intussusception,Complex intussusception,with intestinal malformation andbowel necrosis,are difficult to reduce and those patients ought to be operated on time.
