摘要
目的 探讨特异性免疫治疗慢性荨麻疹湿疹的效果。方法 对275例慢性荨麻疹湿疹患者进行体内抗原皮试并应用相应的变应原作特异性免疫治疗。结果 经4年临床观察显示,275例慢性荨麻疹湿疹患者特异性免疫治疗临床总有效率为80.0%。结论 特异性免疫治疗是治疗慢性荨麻疹湿疹最为有效的对因治疗方法。
Objectives To investigate the effectiveness of Immunotherapy treatment on chronicurticaria and eczema.Methods 275 cases of chronic urticaria and eczema with allergic test andImmunotherapy. Results Through 4-year clinical observation showed that, among the 275 cases of chronicurticaria and eczema with Immunotherap ,the clinical total effctive rate was 80.0%.Conclusion Immu-notherapy has better efficiency aiming at cause of disease in treating chronic urticaria and eczema.
