摘要
通过恰当的增容技术,可以使原先不相容、性能差的动态硫化共混型热塑弹性体获得优异的使用性能。橡胶组份的交联剂在很多场合也充当了体系的增容剂。本文详细列举了不同种类橡塑体系的增容剂种类,介绍了增容和相关增容技术在制备高性能热塑弹性体中的应用,同时列出了交联剂的类型。
Most of Rubber and plastics pairs are incompatible, the properties of their dynamically vulcanized elastomer blands are not advantageous. The compatibility and overall properties of these TPEs canbe improved significantly by means of sone suitful compatibilizing thch- niques. The crosslinking agents of rubbers act as compatibilizers in some cases. In this paper, the types of compatibilizers and crosslinking agents and the application of compatibiliting tech,piques inobtaining high-performance TPEs,are briefly introduced.
