摘要
本文分析了胶料在密炼机混炼过程中的流动及其机理。评述了近十年来国内外橡胶密炼流动研究及其进展,并介绍了密炼流动测量方法和实验装置的开发与应用。
Rubber is a typical Viscoelastic matter. It will present complex flow behabiour in mixing. In this paper, the situation and advance of research on rubberr mixing flow abroad were outlined, which the measurement methods and test equipments developed these years were contained. On the basis of re- portages in literatures the flow pattern and the flow mechanism of rubber compounds in mixing cham- ber were tentatively analysed and discussed.
