摘要
为新建成的内径158mm、长23m水平粉尘爆轰管开发了一种新的扬尘技术,并进行了弱点火条件下微细铝粉——空气混合物爆轰波的一系列实验研究.结果表明,平均粒径为2μm的球形铝粉——空气混合物最大爆轰压力约4.3MPa,爆轰速度达到1.64km/s;预混粉尘与激波卷扬粉尘对比实验表明,扬尘方法对爆轰参数有明显影响,其压力与速度差分别高达300%与74%.
A new dust dispersion technique has been developed for newly—builthorizontal dust detonation tube with inside diameter 158 mm and total length 23m.A series of detonation experiments of fine aluminum power—air mixture havebeen carried out under weak ignition conditions in the tube.The results indicatethat maximum detonation pressure and velocity are around 4.3 MPa and 1.64km/s for 2μm atomized—aluminum powder.Contrast experiment of thepremixed dust and the shock raising dust demonstrates that the dust dispersion,methods have substantial effects on detonation,and the difference between themis as high as 300% and 74% for pressure and velocity respectively.
