摘要
通过将硝胺发射药实际的燃速方程,引入一维定常流、相对变量无量纲的经典内弹道计算程序,计算了RB型硝胺发射药在不同的压力指数及高压力指数区间下,弧厚、药量和挤进压力等起始条件变化对弹道性能的影响.结果表明,高压力指数能增加射击起始条件等参量对弹道性能的敏感性,而且随着高压力指数的增加及其区间的扩大而加剧.但也发现,在弹道性能上,密度为1.620g/cm^3的RB型硝胺发射药的燃速压力指数,对射击起始条件等参量的敏感性与三基药相接近,并未发现明显的弹道不一致性或安全性问题的征候.
The paper cites real burn rate equatian of nitramine propellant into classical in-terior ballistic calculation program that is one—dimensional steady—state flow withnondimensional variables.It discusses the effect of initial conditions such as web sizes、en-graring pressure and propellant charge mass on interior ballistic pnoperties at different pres-sure exponent of burn rate of uitraminc propellant.The results show that the high pressareexponent of burn rate can increase the sensitivity of the initial conditions on interiorballistic properties.The sensitivity will increase when the pressure exponent rises and itsregion extends.In the meantime,we discover that the sensitivity of nitramine propellantwhich density is 1.620 g/cm^3 on initial conditions is equal to that of three—base prop-ellant.
