摘要
测定了青鱼对秘鲁鱼粉等饲料营养成分的表观消化率,并首次测定了青鱼对饲料能量消化率。根据测定结果评价了这些饲料作为青鱼饲料原料的营养价值。
Apparent digestibility of crude protein、 crude fat、 nitrogen—free extracts and phosphorus in anchory fish meal、 blood meal、 meat—bone meal、 fish meal (Zhe jiang, China)、 Soybean meal (solvent) cottonseed cake、 rapeseed meal (solvent)、 corn germ cake、 peanut meal and hulls (solvent)、 wheat bran and rice bran were determined with Black carp by digestive experiment, and apparent digestibility of gross energy in diet was first determined. From the determined results, the nutritive value of these feed ingredients was evaluated for Black carp. The writers consider: (1) Anchory fish meal is a good animal protein feed ingredient in the formula feeds of Black carp; (2) Soybean meal (solvent) can replace fish meal in Black carp feeds; (3) It is advantageous to equilibrium of the feed nutritions and the reduction of the feed cost to add an optimal amount of cottonseed cake or/and rapeseed meal (solvent) or/and corn germ cake to Black carp feeds; and (4) It is effective that the fresh rice bran is used as an energy feed ingredient in Black carp feeds.
