20世纪初,日俄两个军事封建帝国主义国家,为了推行各自的"大陆政策"与"远东政策",经过外交、军事准备之后,在中国神圣领土上进行了一场非正义的"分赃"战争,软弱的清政府宣布"中立",听任"两个强盗"的厮杀、掠夺。得势的日本从中国攫取大量权益。这场战争是世界资本主义进入帝国主义阶段的标志之一,是帝国主义侵略和战争政策的必然结果。
At the beginning of the 20th century, Japan and Russia, two military-feudal imperialists, launched an unjust war of carving up booty after the diplomatic and military preparation to carry out their own 'continental policy' and 'Far-east policy'. The flabby Qing government declared 'neutality', letting 'two robbers' fight and plunder on China's sacred territority. Japan having got the upper hand seized plenty of power and benefit from China. It was a sign to show world capitalism entered into the imperialist stage, being an inevitable result of imperialist aggression and the policy of war.
