摘要
辽宁作为高教大省,在高等教育大众化的进程中,辽宁省走在了前列,辽宁高等教育在规模、资源、区域政策和个别学科建设中有自己的优势;同时在高等教育质量、培养能力、专业结构、资金投入等方面存在一些不足。只有清楚地认识到自身的优势和不足,采取相应的措施,才能确保辽宁的高等教育持续、健康地发展。
As a big province of higher education, Liaoning province is in the process of the popularization of higher education. The higher education of Liaoning province has its own advantages in scale, resource, regional policy and the construction of particular subjects. At the same time, it has some shortcomings in the quality of education, the fostering of abilities, the structures of specialties and the investment of fund. Only by realizing clearly the advantages and disadvantages can Liaoning province continue its constant and healthy development.
