摘要
市场经济的发展使中国私营企业主形成了鲜明的角色特征。这一新生群体的社会角色是先赋因素与后致因素共同作用的结果。它们既是劳动者又是剥削者 ,既是建设者又是依附者。人们的角色期待与私营企业主的角色表现尚存在一定的差距。各种因素制约了当前私营企业主尚未形成为一个“自为阶层”
Because of the development of market economy, Chinese private entrepreneurs have formed their own distinctive characteristics. The newly emerged group's social role is the result of the joint operation between inborn factors and afterward factors. They are both laborers and exploiters, both builders and dependants. There is certain distance between people's expectation and the actual behavior of the private entrepreneurs. Due to the confinement of different kinds of factors, till now private entrepreneurs haven't formed a 'class for themselves'.
