摘要
人力资本的价值是一种产出性价值。人力资本保值增值的实质是人力资本创造新价值能力的保持和提高。生产成果的分配不能体现人力资本的保值增值,剩余索取权不能完全保障人力资本的保值增值权。人力资本的保值增值必须通过有效的人力资本投资来实现。
The value of human capital should be based on the contribution that the human resource has made in the process of value production.The demanding rights of the surplus value can'tembody the rights for the maintenanceand increasing of the human capital.It must be fulfilled by the conscious human investment.
