摘要
党的十六大提出了全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,而全面建设小康社会的难点在农村,重点也在农村。加快小城镇建设是解决农村现存诸多问题的有效途径之一,也是实现农村全面小康社会的有效途径之一。只有着力解决当前我国小城镇建设中存在的土地、资金、管理体制等问题,才能促进小城镇不断发展,进而加速全面建设农村小康社会的步伐。
The objective of the struggle of construct the comfortable society overall was put forward at the 16th congress of the communist party of China. However the difficulty and emphases of construct the comfortable society overall is in countryside. Speed up the construction of small cities and towns is one of the effective way to solve the existing problem in countryside, it's also one of the effective way to achieve the comfortable society in countryside. So at present we should solve the problem of land, funds and administrative system in constructing samll cities and towns, pronote the development of small cities and towns, speed up the construction of the comfortable society in countryside overall.
