摘要
本文根据党的十六大报告中所提出的国有资产管理体制改革的精神和方针,通过分析我国现行的国有资产管理体制存在的主要问题,提出了深化国有资产管理体制改革,建立适应社会主义市场经济发展要求、科学规范的国有资产管理体制的基本思路和对策。
In accordance with the spirit and policy of reforming the state-owned property management system that has been put forward in Report of the Sixteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China, through analyzing the main problems existing in our country's current state-owned property management system, this article proposes the basic idea and countermeasures on deepening the reform of the state-owned property management system , setting up the scientific and standard state-owned property management system which adapting the needs of socialist market economy.
