企业家人力资本与组织资本的互动机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 创业企业长不大和存活不久的现象非常普遍,而企业家人力资本与其他资源的结合能够实质性地改变环境因素对企业成长的影响。本文以企业成长阶段模型为基础,从组织资本的新视角,探讨了企业家人力资本与组织资本的互动过程及机制,提出可以通过组织资本投资来构建企业核心能力,推动企业成长。 It is the prevalent phenomenon that new venture business cannot become a large and long-lived one. The combination of human capital of entrepreneur and other resources in the business can change the influence of the environment on the growth of the business. Based on the model of the business growth and from the new perspective of organizational capital, this paper analyzes the inter-action process and mechanism between the entrepreneurial human capital and organizational capital, and points out that we can construct core competence and promote the growth of business through organizational capital investment.
