摘要
提出一种基于软PLC技术的仿真系统设计方法,采用Step 7、Matlab及Win CC构建系统的仿真平台,并利用此仿真平台实现PLC的复杂控制逻辑程序调试,此外还可根据模型精度进一步实现控制器参数的整定。研究及实践表明,采用本文提出的方法,可以极大减少现场调试时间,提高系统调试效率,避免系统调试过程中出现设备损坏或人员伤亡。
A simulation design method based on soft PLC was proposed to achieve adjustment of complex control logic programs. Step7,Matlab and Win CC were used. With the help of the method,the parameters of controllers can also be tuned which was decided by the precision of models. Research and practice show that,the proposed method can reduce the time using for controllers' tuning,and improve efficiency. Besides that,the damage of equipment and casualties can also be avoided.
