摘要
"再工业化"战略不是传统制造业的简单回归,而是以新材料、新能源、数字化、智能化、网络化的生产为其主要推动力,并由此引发一场建立在互联网基础之上的新材料、新能源与新的产业组织形式、商业模式等相结合的新的工业革命。在分析新一轮全球科技革命与新兴产业的培育、发展的关系基础上,研究中国新兴产业的发展领域、取得的成效及其存在的主要问题,然后从大连市发展新兴产业的基础条件、新兴产业在大连市经济转方式调结构中的作用、新兴产业和大连市提升自主创新能力的关系,以及新兴产业在大连市培育城市核心竞争力中的地位等方面,对大连市发展新兴产业的必然性进行分析。
“Re‐industrialization”strategy is not a simple regression of traditional manufacturing ,but to take the new materials ,new energy ,digitization ,intelligence and netw ork‐based production as its main driving force ,and thus lead to a network‐based new industrial revolution with the combination of the new materi‐als ,new energy ,new forms of industrial organization and business models .On the basis of analyzing the relationship between the new round of global technological revolution and new industries nurture and development ,the research is made on the field of China’s new industries development ,the results achieved and the main problems solved;then to make an important analysis of the necessity of Dalian’s developing new industries from such aspects as Dalian’s basic conditions for developing new industries ,the role of new industries in Dalian’s economic structure transformation and adjustment ,the relationship between the new industries and enhancing Dalian’s capability of independent innovation ,and new industries’ position for nurturing Dalian’s urban core‐competitiveness ,etc .
