摘要
采用熔融共混法制备导热增强型石蜡/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/膨胀石墨(EG)复合相变材料(PCM),进行扫描电镜、热重、差示扫描量热表征和性能测试,并探讨热导率的影响因素。结果表明,复合相变材料中,石蜡、HDPE和EG相容性良好,其中石蜡作为相变材料,HDPE是支撑材料,EG是导热填料。HDPE和石蜡配比一定时,复合相变材料热导率随EG含量的增加而增加;EG含量固定时,随HDPE和石蜡质量比的增加而降低。当石蜡含量为66.7%时,相变焓高达150.2 J/g,与计算值接近。
The paraffin / high density polyethylene( HDPE) / expanded graphite( EG) phase change materials( PCM) with high thermal conductivity were prepared by melt blending method. Microstructure,thermal property and enthalpy of the composites were studied by SEM,TG,DSC,and factors affecting the thermal conductivity were explored. The results show that paraffin as phase change material,HDPE as support material,and EG as thermally conductive filler could be uniformly mixed. The thermal conductivity of the PCM is increased with increasing of the EG content when the mass ratio of HDPE and paraffin is constant. When the EG content is constant,the thermal conductivity of the PCM is decreased with increasing of the mass ratio of HDPE and paraffin. The phase change enthalpy of PCM is150. 2 J / g when the paraffin content is 66. 7%,which is near to the calculated value.
