基因工程在骨髓间充质干细胞治疗心肌梗死中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 随着溶栓和急诊冠脉介入的广泛开展,急性心肌梗死(AMI)的死亡率明显降低。但是心肌梗死后心室重构以及缺血性心肌病的发生严重影响了患者的预后。要使心肌细胞再生乃至衰竭的心脏恢复功能仍是一项巨大的挑战。研究提示骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)可参与受损心肌的重建,可以提高左室射血分数,降低左心室收缩末期和舒张末期容积、减少梗死面积并改善左室重构〔1〕。
