摘要 同旋向供弹单元结构紧凑,更适合应用于对空间布局有特定要求的无链供弹系统中。为了最大程度降低同旋向供弹过程中炮弹的速度变化量,分析了同旋向供弹单元设计输入参数,以某自动机供弹系统中的同旋向供弹单元为例,建立了动力学分析模型,根据工程设计特点,进行了多输入参数的仿真分析,分析过程及结果对无链供弹系统的优化设计提供了一定的参考。 The ammunition feeding unit with same rotating direction is compact in structure,it is more suitable for the chainless feeding system that has special requirement for spatial ar-rangement.In order to reduce ammunition feeding speed variation in maximum degree in the process of ammunition feeding,the design input parameters of the ammunition feeding unit with same rotating direction were analyzed.Taking the ammunition feeding system of a auto-matic gun as an example,the dynamic analysis model was established.According to the engi-neering design features,the simulation analysis of various input parameters were carried out, and the analysis process and its results can provide a certain reference for optimization design of the chainless feeding system.
