摘要
为研究塔式起重机驾驶员不同的培训方法对操作绩效的影响,以及不同的培训方法和操控任务复杂度之间的关系,利用塔式起重机虚拟仿真实验平台,设计了训练方法和任务复杂度等两因素三水平的实验,通过实验验证了:1)采用不同的培训方法对操作绩效产生显著性的影响;2)不同复杂度操控任务应该采用不同的培训方法。
To explore the influence from different methods of training tower crane drivers in operation per-formance , and the relationship between the task complexity and different training methods , an experiment with two-factor and three-level performance on platform of tower crane virtual simulation is designed , in which the two factors are training methods and task complexity .The results indicate that 1) different train-ing methods will result in significantly different performances;and 2) different training methods should be adopted for different task complexities .
