Liraglutide induced tachycardia: One case report and literature review

摘要 利拉鲁肽是一种新型的胰升糖素样肽1(glucagon-like peptide-1,GLP-1)类似物,201 1年在我国上市并用于2型糖尿病的治疗,降糖作用显著,但长期心血管安全性尚未证实,近年发现该药可致心率增快,现报道1例如下. 患者男性,48岁,因血糖高10年,消瘦8个月,心悸3个月入院,曾在饮食及运动基础上联合应用“二甲双胍、吡格列酮、阿卡波糖及甘精胰岛素30 U”治疗,血糖控制不佳(空腹血糖波动于15.0～17.0 mmol/L).
