摘要
视觉动词属于日常言语中使用频率较高的词汇,随着认知语言学理论的深入发展,视觉动词的研究从传统的语言学理论视角转向当代认知语言学视角。视觉动词缺乏明确的定义和分类,英汉视觉动词的语义认知对比也不全面,因此,通过综合考查有关视觉动词研究成果,利用认知语言学理论对英汉语视觉动词进行比较和分析,有助于进一步深化对视觉动词的认识。
Visual verbs belong to the frequently used words in daily life.With the development of intensive study of the theory of cognitive linguistics,visual verbs' researches turned from the perspective of traditional linguistic theory to the perspective of modern cognitive linguistic theory.Visual verbs lack definite definitions and classifications,and the study of the comparative analysis of cognitive structure of wording meaning of English and Chinese visual verbs is not thorough.Therefore,the comparative study of English and Chinese visual verbs using the cognitive linguistic theory contributes to a better understanding of visual verbs.
