左右基底神经节区病变致汉语失写症临床分析

摘要 目的:观察左右基底神经节区病变致汉语失写症发生情况的侧别间差异。方法:左侧或右侧基底神经节区单一病灶的病人各50例,详细测查其书写状况。结果:左侧基底节病变导致失写42例高于右侧7例,差异有显著性(P<0.05);在自动书写、听写、看图书写、主动书写、失写指数方面,左侧基底神经节病变书写障碍各项得分均大于右侧得分,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:左侧基底神经节损害导致失写的发生率高于右侧、程度重于右侧,左侧基底神经节损害书写障碍以失语性失写为主,右侧基底神经节损害书写障碍以视空间性失写为主。
