摘要 针对云制造环境下资源的描述及虚拟化问题,分析了现有文献存在的局限性,充分考虑了云制造中制造资源的分类和特点,分析了资源描述及虚拟化需求,提出了基于本体的资源描述及虚拟化方法.在本体开发过程中,通过分析比较现有本体描述语言的优缺点,选用了有较好综合性能的OWL-S,建立了制造资源本体模型.在此基础上,给出了虚拟资源的定义,并描述了其与制造资源本体的关系.最后,通过一个基于本体描述的虚拟资源查找和调度的应用案例,验证了本文所提的资源描述及虚拟化方法的正确性. To deal with the problem of resource description and virtualization in cloud manufacturing, the limitation of the existing literatures was analyzed.Ontology-based resource description and virtualization method was presented after analyzed the requirement based on the thorough consideration of manufacturing resources categories and characteristics.OWL-S with excellent comprehensive performance was selected to build manufacturing resource ontology model through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of existing ontology description language during the ontology development process.Based on the manufacturing resource ontology model,the definition of virtual resource was proposed,and the relationship between them was described.At last,the proposed method was verified by a case of ontology-based virtual resource finding and scheduling.
