紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗晚期卵巢癌24例效果分析被引量：4

摘要目的紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期卵巢癌的疗效及安全性分析。方法选取2008年6月-2010年6月我院收治的50例晚期卵巢癌患者并分为对照组(单纯紫杉醇化疗)和实验组("紫杉醇+顺铂"化疗),对两组患者治疗效果进行综合比较。结果实验组总有效率(75.0%)明显高于对照组(30.8%)(P<0.05);实验组患者中位生存期为34.6月、3年生存率达到45.8%,高于单纯紫杉醇化疗组(26.8月、30.8%),但不具有统计学差异。实验组患者出现呕吐、恶心等药物不良反应的发生率(25.0%)低于对照组患者(26.9%)(P>0.05)。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗晚期卵巢癌效果确切,能有效延长患者生存期,值得临床广泛应用。
