摘要
目的探讨原发性肺癌并发脓胸的临床护理措施,以提高患者的生存质量。方法对3例原发性肺癌并发脓胸的患者住院期间实施的护理措施进行回顾性分析。结果经过积极的治疗及护理后,3例患者的脓胸得到控制,顺利出院。结论有效的临床护理对原发性肺癌并发脓胸的预后十分重要,提高了患者生存质量。
Objective To explore nursing for primary lung cancer patients complicated with empyema and to improve these patients'quality of life .Methods Nursing measures of 3 cases of primary lung cancer complicated with empyema were retrospectively analyzed .Re-sults After aggressive therapy and nursing ,the empyema was successfully controlled and all patients were smoothly discharged .Conclu-sion Effective clinical nursing is essential to prognosis of primary lung cancer patients complicated with empyema ,and improves patients'quality of life .
