摘要
随着工业技术水平的不断发展,现代化的工厂越来越朝着精细化,智能化方向迈进,不仅需要通过高度自动化的生产线来减轻甚至代替人的重复、繁重劳动,降低生产制造过程中的人力成本,避免人为因素导致的制造精度、品质大幅度波动;还严格要求现代化工厂必须具备环保的、简捷的生产方式,实现绿色、高效可持续的发展。在这种背景下,气动技术很好的被应用其中,并结合高度发展的电气控制技术,迅速形成了精简、高效、环保的自动化生产,奠定了现代化企业的发展趋势,气动技术也得到广泛应用。
With the level of industrial technology continuing to evolve, modern factories develop more and more toward sophisticating and intelligent: they need not only highly automated production lines to reduce or even replace human duplication, heavy labor, reduce the labor costs and avoid human factors causing fluctuations of manufacturing precision and quality, but also to have environmentally friendly,simple production methods, in order to realize green, efficient and sustainable development. In this context, pneumatic technology is applied combining with highly developed electrical control technology,formating streamlined, efficient and environmentally friendly automated production, and pneumatic technology being widely applied.
