摘要
便携式无电焊接技术是近年来发展起来的一种新型焊接技术,结合了自蔓延高温合成技术的特点,具有携带方便、操作简单、无需电能、快速高效等优势,是实现野外应急焊接抢修的重要手段。本文综述了便携式无电焊接技术的原理和特点,以及目前的研究进展和将来的发展趋势。
Portable non-electric welding is a novel welding technique that is recently developed.It integrates the features of self-propagating high temperature synthesis with portability,convenience,energy-saving and efficiency.And it's an essential way for welding repair in the field of enmergency.This article reviews the theory and advantages of portable non-electric welding and the effects of process parameters on the characteristics of non-electric welding.The applications of non-electric welding have shown practical value with great prospects.
