摘要
目的:探讨肠系膜血管缺血性疾病的诊治要点及护理要求。方法:对肠系膜血管缺血性疾病的患者进行外科手术治疗,如血栓形成则可行血栓内膜切除或肠系膜上动脉-腹主动脉"搭桥"手术。在此基础上实行系统性的护理干预,包括一般护理、心理护理及术后护理等措施。结论:肠系膜血管缺血性疾病患者的对症治疗配合有效的护理干预可使患者的机体功能尽快恢复健康的状态。
Objective:to study the nursing intervention with surgical treatment of ischemic diseases of mesenteric vessels the clinical effect of functional recovery.Methods:the patients to the hospital,surgery treatment,such as thrombosis is feasible thrombus endarterectomy or superior mesenteric artery-abdominal aorta 'bypass' surgery.On the basis of a systematic nursing intervention,including general nursing,psychological nursing care and postoperative nursing measures.Results:nursing intervention with surgical treatment of ischemic diseases of mesenteric vascular function full recovery,and the effect is good.Conclusion:through the nursing intervention with surgical treatment for patients with ischemic diseases of mesenteric vascular function recovery can get significant treatment effect,functional recovery fast,easy to promote.
