摘要
当前,围绕构建新型大国关系的讨论刚刚起步,尚有若干问题有待厘清。中美新型大国关系的构建,有赖于中美在各个领域合作伙伴关系的建设和实践。在当代中美关系中,已经出现了新型大国关系的某些因素,在中美共同利益的推动下,中美构建新型大国关系具有现实可能性。在构建新型大国关系的进程中,中国应将中美构建新型大国关系的构想,运用到处理与发展其他大国关系中去,并通过与其他大国构建新型关系推动中美新型大国关系的建立。
At present, the discussion on building a new type of relations between major powers has just started, with a number of problems still existing to be clarified. Building a new type of great power relationship between China and the US depends on development and implementation of the Sino-US partnership in various fields. In the contemporary Sino-US relations, some factors concerning the said new relationship have emerged. Facilitated by the common interests of the two sides, there exists a practical possibility for them to build such a relationship. During the process, China should apply the concept of building a new type of great power relationship with the US to its treatment and development of relations with other major countries, and use this to promote the establishment of the new type of major power relationship between China and the US.
