摘要
文章采用阻尼振荡波(OWTS)测试技术与超低频(VLF-Tan Delta)测试技术检测10kV交联电缆,对电缆局部放电点进行定位,对其运行状态作出准确评价与诊断,并在消除缺陷后复测,对消缺效果的评估发挥了积极作用,显著提高了电缆绝缘缺陷的有效检测和运行状态的准确评价。
In this paper,damped OWTS and ULF-TanDelta technologies are used in the detection of 10kV XLPE power cables for locating partial discharge and making accurate evaluation and diagnosis of the power cables.With these technologies,retests are given after removing the defects,which plays an important role in the assessment of removing effect,and significantly improve the effective detection of insulation defects of the power cables and enhance the accurate evaluation of the operational status.
