摘要
目的了解河南省郑州市某社区慢性非传染性疾病的患病情况,为开展社区健康促进服务、制订切实可行的防治规划提供依据。方法采用单纯随机抽样的方法收集2010年以来河南省郑州市凤凰台社区实行片医制度建立健康档案的1 036名18岁以上常住居民的体检资料分析高血压、糖尿病、肥胖或超重和血脂异常4种主要慢性病的分布情况。结果高血压、糖尿病、肥胖、超重和血脂异常的患病率分别为15.83%、6.40%、9.75%、35.91%、44.88%。高血压患者的知晓率、治疗率和控制率分别为95.73%、87.80%和64.30%,糖尿病患者的知晓率、治疗率和控制率分别为48.45%、34.23%和26.89%,血脂异常患者的知晓率、治疗率和控制率分别为18.67%、11.43%和9.80%。结论该社区糖尿病、血脂异常、超重的患病率高于全国的平均水平,高血压和糖尿病患者的知晓率、治疗率和控制率高于全国的平均水平。该社区实行片医制度取得了一定成效。
Objective To study the distribution of the 4major chronic non-communicable diseases in a community of Zhengzhou city and to provide evidence for health promotion in community.Methods The subjects were selected by simple random sampling method.The health data of 1 038adult residents older than 18years old were collected in Fenghuangtai community of Zhengzhou city,where health record was available after community physician system was established in 2010.The distributions of 4major chronic diseases including hypertension,diabetes mellitus,dyslipidemia,obesity and overweight,were analyzed.Results The prevalence rates of hypertension,diabetes mellitus,obesity,overweight and dyslipidemia were 15.83%,6.4%,9.75%,35.91%,44.88% respectively.The rates of awareness,treatment and controlled blood pressure were 95.73%,87.80%,64.30%,respectively in residents with hypertension,48.45%,34.23% and 26.89%,respectively in residents with diabetes mellitus,and 18.67%,11.43% and 9.80% respectively in participants with dyslipidemia.Conclusions The prevalence rates of diabetes mellitus,hyperlipemia,obesity and overweight in this community were higher than the national average rates in 2002,while the rates of awareness,treatment and controlled symptoms for hypertension and diabetes mellitus were higher than the country′s average rates.The community physician system has been shown to be effective for this community.
