摘要 本文首先简要介绍了经颅磁刺激(Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation,TMS)的技术原理与应用,其次重点比较了几种常见的经颅磁刺激线圈定位方法,总结了TMS线圈定位面临的问题,然后提出了一种充分整合被试者大脑头皮外形、脑解剖结构、脑功能区域定位三方面定量信息的改进的经颅磁刺激线圈定位方法,最后展望了经颅磁刺激线圈定位方法的应用前景。 Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive technique that can be used for brain studying and clinical therapy. Firstly, the technology feature and application of the TMS instrument were introduced. Then several TMS coil positioning methods were evaluated and several key problems about TMS coil positioning were discussed. The aim of this study was to propose a new method for TMS coil positioning. The new method combines three aspects of quantitative information including the brain scalp, brain anatomy and brain function and has great advantages and broad application prospects.
