摘要
高等教育处于教育体系的最高层,对大学生人生观、价值观、世界观的形成具有决定性作用,其社会责任极其重大。高校师德建设作为高等教育中的重要环节,在整个高等教育中起着至关重要的作用。新时期,高校师德建设面临着新情况、新问题、新挑战。针对我国高校师德建设在社会经济大转型的背景下发展滞后的现状,系统地梳理其问题、分析其原因、思考对策,可以看出新时期高校师德建设长效机制的必要性,构建师德建设长效机制的紧迫性。
it is always said that ' education,the eternal foundation of one nation; teacher,the center of education; and ethics,the professional basis of teachers'. Higher education,the top layer of the education system,plays a decisive role in the formation of the outlook of life,value and the world for the undergraduates. Therefore,higher education is shouldering a critical social responsibility. Teacher's ethnic construction,a key point of higher education,plays a vital role in higher education. It is facing with new circumstances,problems and challenges in the new era. After combing the problems,its causes and countermeasures,it is revealing that it is necessary and urgent to set up a long-termed mechanism of teacher's ethnic in higher education,on account of its current situation lagging far behind the social economic transfer.
