摘要
提高人力资源管理职能对旅行社的发展起着决定性作用。对中小旅行社人力资源管理现状的调查表明,中小旅行社人力资源管理存在问题,应当通过完善和优化人力资源职能组织、人力资源贡献整合、人力资源服务共享、完善激励机制建设及对人力资源组织功能进行控制来改变现状。
Improving human resource management function plays a decisive role in the development of small and medium-sized travel agencies. By investigating the present situation in human resources management in small and medium-sized travel agencies,the author puts forward several strategic measures such as improving and optimizing human resource organization,human resource contribution integration,human resource service sharing,perfecting incentive mechanism construction and controlling the functions of the organization.
