某海湾工程中的厚板焊接技术 被引量:5

摘要 建筑钢结构材料越来越多的趋向于使用高强度、大厚度钢材,随着钢结构工艺水平的不断提高,钢结构规模愈来愈大,越来越多的超高层、大跨度世界级超大规模建筑在国内建成。作为工厂加工而言,厚板构件在制作过程中的关键制作技术和健全的质量管控体系在生产中也显得尤为重要。以某海湾工程为例,从实际加工制作方面对厚板构件的制作进行了工艺剖析,通过对厚板构件制作重点、难点的深层次分析,确定最优化的加工制作方案,保证了厚板构件制作的可操作性以及焊接的可靠性。 The use of high strength, large thickness of steel used in steel structure building materials tend to be more and more,with the technology of steel structure industry constantly improve the steel structure scale more more and more high-rise,long-span,world class super large scale building more and more in the home birth. However,as the processing factory,the key production technology of thick plate in the production process and perfect quality control system is very important in production. This paper takes a Bay project as an example,from the actual processing of thick plate making process analysis and elaboration,through deep analysis of thick plate making key,difficulty,determine the optimal processing scheme,the thick plate production operability and reliability of welding.
