摘要
目的:探讨整体护理干预对预防断指再植术后血管危象的临床效果。方法:将断指再植患者40例设为观察组,将去年同期患者设为对照组,对照组接受常规护理模式,观察组接受整体护理模式,评估两组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者动脉危象、静脉危象及危象总发生率均明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者断指存活率均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度为92.50%,对照组为72.50%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理干预对预防断指再植术后血管危象效果显著,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing interference on preventing blood vessel crisis after severed finger reunion operation.Method The 40 cases with severed finger reunion operation were divided into the observion group,and the40 cases with severed finger in last year were divided into the control group.The control group received the normal nursing,and the observion group received the holistic nursing care.Results The rate of artery and vein crisis in the observion group were fewer than those in control group,and there were significant difference in them(P<0.05).The survival ratio of severed finger reunion operation in the observion group were higher than those in control group.The degree of satisfaction was 92.50% in the observion group and 72.50% in the control group,and there was significant difference in them(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of nursing interference on preventing blood vessel crisis after severed finger reunion operation is obvious,so it is worth being used.
