摘要
目的:研究肾分泌性造影(IVP)与B超在泌尿系统结石诊断价值,并为临床提供参考。方法:对92例经手术证实病例进行回顾性分析,并与对应B超结果对比研究。结果:对于输尿管中下段结石,IVP明显优于B超。结论:综合运用IVP与B超能提高检出正确率。
Objective To explore the diagnosis value of the secretion of renal angiography(ivp) and type-B ultrasonic to urolithiasis,and to provide reference for the clinaical.Method Retrospectively analyzed the data of 92 cases of illness which had been diagnosed through operations,and compared the ivp reports with corresponding type-B ultrasonic results.Results The secretion of renal angiography(ivp)can better display the calculus of middle-lower ureter than type-B ultrasonic obviously.Conclusion We can improve the diagnostic accuracy by use of the secretion of renal angiography(ivp) and type-B ultrasonic comprehensively.
