摘要
目的:探讨应用鼻内窥镜下局部电凝微创填塞治疗顽固性鼻出血的方法。方法:对顽固性鼻出血患者应用鼻内窥镜下局部电凝微创填塞治疗35例的资料进行回顾性研究。结果:35例顽固性鼻出血患者采用鼻内窥镜下局部电凝微创填塞治疗,32例一次性治愈,治愈率为91.4%,术后随访3～6个月均无复发,疗效满意。结论:鼻内窥镜下电凝局部微创填塞治疗顽固性鼻出血术中出血点定位准确、手术微创、疗效确切、患者痛苦小,该方法是治疗顽固性鼻出血的理想方法,尤其适合广大基层医院开展。
Objective To evaluate the method of epistaxis treatment by local coagulation and minimally invasive stuffing under nasal endoscope.Method A retrospective study of 35 cases in our hospital in patient with epistaxis after endoscopic local coagulation and minimally invasive stuffing therapy from January 2007 to June 2011.Results Of 35 cases,32 cases were cured(91.4%) by local coagulation and minimally invasive stuffing under nasal endoscope.There′s no recurrence in following up for 3-6 months after operation.Conclusion Treatment of spistaxis under nasal endoscope local coagulation and minimally invasive stuffing,accurate positioning bleeding,minimally invasive surgery,curative effect,little pian.The method is the ideal method for treatment of epistaxis.
