胃间质瘤内镜治疗进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来随着内镜及腔镜等微创技术的创新,微创理念的完善,微创已成为外科手术的主流趋势。胃间质瘤(GST)的内镜治疗也随着消化内镜治疗技术、内镜器械的进步以及影像诊疗技术的发展进入了新的阶段,越来越多的 GST 得以早期发现、早期诊断及早期内镜下治疗。  一、GST 内镜治疗病变的定位  GST 定位的准确性依赖于术前检查,尤其是对其来源层次的定位,于手术方式的选择有重要临床意义。GST 定位首选胃镜,在内镜直视下可直接观察到病变的部位及形态;腹部 CT 有助于判断病变周围病变及远处转移情况;超声内镜则能够提供肿瘤起源的层次(黏膜肌层或固有肌层);超声内镜引导下细针穿刺活检可以获得组织病理学诊断,也有助于判断疾病的预后[1]。
