摘要
2008年国务院办公厅《关于当前金融促进经济发展的若干意见》指出"完善金融监管体系",这一意见是深化金融改革,加强风险管理,切实维护金融安全稳定的必然内容,针对我国金融监管体系中存在的问题提出了建设性的意见。本文将从我国金融业监管体系的现状入手,分析我国金融监管面临的问题,并在此基础上提出加强我国金融监管体系建设的对策。
In 2008, the general office of the State Council"several opinions on the current financial promote economic development"to point that"perfect financial supervision system", this view is the inevitable contents to deepen financial reform, strengthen risk management, to maintain financial security and stability, in view of the existing financial supervision system in our country in the problems and put forward constructive suggestions. This paper will start with the status quo of China's financial industry regulatory system, analyzes China's financial regulation, and put forward some countermeasures to strengthen the construction of China's financial supervision system.
