摘要
农村文化的发展繁荣,农民素质的提升是建设新农村的重要保障。目前现实情况是农村文化基础设施薄弱,文化服务手段相对落后;基层文化队伍整体素质不高,文化服务水平较低。这种状况严重制约了农村的发展。服务新农村文化建设是地方高校的重要职责。地方高校需要提高对服务新农村文化建设的认识,完善服务新农村文化建设的体制机制,推动农村文化事业发展发展。
The development and prosperity of rural culture, to improve the quality of the farmers is an important guarantee for building a new countryside. At present, the reality is that the rural cultural infrastructure is weak, cultural service means backward;the overall quality of grass-roots culture team is not high, low level of cultural services. This situation has seriously restricted the development of rural areas. The construction of the new rural culture service is an important duty of local colleges and universities. Local colleges and universities need to raise awareness of the cultural construction of new rural services, improve the institutional mechanisms for the construction of the new rural culture service, promote the development of rural cultural undertakings.
