摘要 芳香烃受体(Aryl hydrocarbon receptor,AhR)是一个配体依赖性激活的转录因子,配体与AhR结合后,从而引起一系列下游基因的表达和代谢酶的活化,与肿瘤发生发展的关系密切。根据AhR配体结构和功能的不同对其在肿瘤形成中的作用进行综述,以便为肿瘤的治疗提供新的靶点。 Aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) is a ligand-dependent activation of transcription factor, which is activated by a large variety of ligands, resulting in the expression of metabolic enzymes and a series of downstream gene activation, and closely related with tumor development . Now a review for AhR ligands with different structural and functional and its relationship with tumor, in order to provide a new target for tumor therapy.
