摘要
胫骨截骨愈合并发症是小腿延长术作为常规手术的主要障碍。在良好的延长支架下,采用弧形切口、纵切骨膜并广泛分离骨膜和斜形截骨等,是168例中使并发症降至7.14%(12例)的主要环节。
Since the lower leg lenthening is a convincible method to treat leg discrepancy,the main obstacle to prevent it from a routine technique is the complications of bone union of tibia-osteotomy.Except to use an excellent lengthening-brace,it is importent to use of curved skin incision,to incise longitudinally the periosteum,to free the periosteum widely from tibia,and to perform a long oblique osteotomy.Accord- ing to these procedures,complica- tions were reduced to 7.14%.In this paper,the descriptions were discussed in detail.
