摘要
本实验观察胎龄27天未成熟兔支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中肺表面活性物质(PS)生化成分和表面活性、肺压力-容量(P-V)滞后环及肺病理变化。并与足月新生兔相比。结果未成熟兔PS的TPL、PC、PG、L/S明显减少,r_(max)、r_(min)明显升高,RI、SI、Harea明显降低;肺P-V滞后环缩小;两肺肺泡广泛萎陷,气道上皮损害及透明膜形成。提示胎龄27天未成熟兔有明显的HMD变化,可作为HMD理想的动物模型。
Premature rabbits of gestational age 27 days were used as model of hyaline mem-brane disease (HMD). The biochemical compositions and the surface activities of pul-monary surfactant in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), pressure-volume (P-V)loops and pathological changes of the lungs were determined. Comparing with those
in mature neonate rabbits, TPL, PC, PG and L/S ratio lowered, surface activities de-creased, lung P-V loop degraded, alveolar collapse, necrosis and desquamation of air-way epithelium and formation of hyaline membranes were obvious in premature rabbi-ts. These results proved that premature rabbits of gestational age 27 days can be used
as a model of HMD.
