摘要
通过摘除公羊甲状腺,探讨血清中T_(3)、T_(4)含量变化。摘除9~12个月后,T_(4)含量上升,与摘除前和对照组相比较差异不显著。摘除6个月后,T_(3)含量上升,与摘除前和对照组相比较差异不显著。由此可推测,体内可能有其它组织合成或贮存T_(4)、T_(3)的机能,但需深入研究。
The study inguired into the content change of T_(4)AND T_(3)in the serum after the ram's thyroid was resected.9 to 12months and 6 months after resection the content of both Ts and Ts increased,respectively.when the content was compared witht that of the samples before the resection and that of the controlled group or rams,it was found that there was no signficant variance between them in the content of either T_(3)AND T_(4).Therefore,it may infer that there are probably other tissues in the ram's body which have the function thatmay synthesizeor store T.and Ty.But further study is needed.
