摘要
目的 :探讨采用内镜经鼻安置小肠营养管术的护理效果。方法 :将小儿内镜经鼻腔咽部送至十二指肠降段 ,于内镜活检孔道内插入导丝至十二指肠降段的远端 ,在逐步插入导丝的同时 ,等距离地退出内镜 ;沿导丝将营养管插入至十二指肠远端或空肠上段 ,固定营养管 ,将导丝拔出 ,即完成营养管安置过程。结果 :2 78例安置小肠营养管术患者 ,经护理全部成功。结论 :内镜经鼻安置小肠营养管术对脑出血、脑血栓形成、脑外伤、重症胰腺炎、上消化道出血患者治疗后需要肠内营养支持的患者 ,提供了一种安全、快捷、简单营养补给方法。适当的护理 ,能大大地减轻患者的痛苦 。
Objective To discuss the nursing method and effect of the enteral nutritional tube placing operation via endoscope.Methods The patients were demanded fasting for 6 hours.Psychological nuring and articles preparation were accomplished before operation. During the operation,electrocardio-monitoring and vein transfusion were set up.Results 278cases all succeeded under aborative nursing.Conclusion Right nursing could release the pain of patients during the operation and improve the rate of success.
