摘要
20 0 1 - 0 3～ 2 0 0 3- 0 5共治疗膝关节骨性关节炎 6 1例 ,主要采用生理盐水加利多卡因冲洗 ,关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠混合液、针刀治疗、手法推拿及康复锻炼等综合治疗 ,随访 6个月以上 30例 ,治愈率达到 6 6 .7%。
cases of genual osteoarthritis were treated from March 2001 to May 2003, in which 30 cases were followed up for more than 6 months. They were treated mainly by washing with lidocaine and saline, intraluminal injection with sodium hyaluronate, acupuntomy, massage and rehabilitation exercises. Healing rate was 66.7%.
